Arrival Point – KL Sentral and Kuala Lumpur Station

When traveling from Sungai Petani to Kuala Lumpur by train, passengers have two main options for their arrival point: KL Sentral Station and Kuala Lumpur Station.

Alternative – Buses from Sungai Petani to Kuala Lumpur

For those contemplating a bus journey from Sungai Petani to Kuala Lumpur, options include buses heading to KL Sentral or TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) in Kuala Lumpur. The trip generally spans about 5 hours and 30 minutes, although this duration may extend due to traffic variations.

The Electric Train Service (ETS) is an integral part of Malaysia’s public transportation system, renowned for its high-speed and efficient train service. The ETS operates on the West Coast Line, a double-tracked and electrified railway line that spans over 600 km from Gemas to Padang Besar on the Malaysian-Thai border.
