How to get from Alor Setar Railway Station to Langkawi?

If you’re planning a trip from Alor Setar Railway Station to Langkawi Island, taking a ferry from Kuala Kedah is the easiest option. The jetty is located around 13 km away, and the easiest way to get there is by taking a taxi from the railway station. The fare should be approximately 20 MYR.
