How to get from Alor Setar Station to Langkawi?

To get from Alor Setar Railway Station to Langkawi Island, you have a couple of options. The most convenient way is to take a taxi from the railway station to the Kuala Kedah jetty, which is about 13 km away, and it should cost around 20 MYR. From the jetty, you can take a ferry to Langkawi Island.
