The route between KL Sentral and Kajang includes six stations (MidValley, Seputeh, Salak Selatan, Bandar Tasek Selatan, Serdang, and Kajang), with most trains making stops at each station. Once in Kajang, there are two stops – Kajang and Kajang 2 – allowing you to select the most suitable stop for your final destination.

With a ticket price (harga tiket KL Sentral ke Kajang) of 4.20 MYR, taking the train is a cost-effective way to travel. Tickets can be purchased at the stations (no advance ticket purchases are available for KTM Komuter).

Kuala Lumpur Station

There are two train stations in Kajang: Kajang and Kajang 2.

Kajang Station

Located just 1km south of Kajang’s town center, the Kajang KTM Komuter Station is a key transportation hub on the Seremban Line. This station serves both the KTM Komuter and KTM Intercity train services and features three platforms – one side platform connected directly to the station building, and two assigned to an island platform. 

The station also serves as an interchange station for the MRT Kajang Line via a link bridge to Kajang MRT Station.

The station is equipped with facilities such as ticket vending machines, customer service offices, a car park, and public toilets for the convenience of passengers.

Kajang 2 station, which opened in March 2023, is located in the southern part of Kajang, at the junction of Jalan Reko and Jalan Fairuza. The station features two side platforms: Platform 1 serving southbound trains and Platform 2 serving northbound trains. Passengers can access ticket counters, toilets, and a parking lot for up to 500 cars.
